make. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or circumstances may change,

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Certain products, such as personalized items, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and downloadable software, may not be eligible for return. We will clearly indicate if a product is non-returnable on its product page.
Return Period
We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Return Process

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details to assist us in resolving the issue quickly.
If the return is approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible or you prefer store credit, we can issue a credit voucher for future purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately, preferably within 7 days of receiving the product.
We may require photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund for the damaged or defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
